Most people won't admit crying over this

"Colorado is the 'fittest' state."  Declared an airport cab driver shortly after I moved to a super-cute, Colorado mountain ski-town a few years back. In those days, I lived at the gym and had a personal trainer helping me do my part to help Colorado maintain it's "fittest" reputation.

At some point, my trainer goes off to compete in an Ironman or something intense...

...so I asked another trainer if I could do a few sessions with her.  She happily agreed.

Cool. We didn't discuss money.  Turns out she's an amazing trainer. Amazing. Walking back to the locker room, I'm racking my brain trying to figure out a diplomatic way to ditch my current trainer without causing gym-time drama in order to get this trainer to take me on as a full-time client.

Back in the locker room, I sincerely gushed, "That was amazing! Thank you!"

Wallet in hand, I asked, "How much do I owe you?" "Oh, don't worry about it. You're a joy to train." She replied "Oh, Hell No." I thought, handing her the standard hourly rate in cash.

It was same rate I'd paid two other trainers who never resisted taking my money for their services.

She got a funny look on her face and said "I can't take this!"  "This is what trainers make. Of course you're taking it."  That's when tears welled up in her eyes.

A talented trainer who could've easily had a full book of clients and made a bundle, yet the money part made her so uncomfortable, she cried when I tried to pay her.

Money can come with a lot of baggage - I'm talking a few steamer trunks and a tractor trailer carrying a fully loaded POD. Conversations about money bring up a whole host of "stuff" for people. Maybe even you. At the same time, others are raking it in. Relaxed and happy.

There's one difference between these two types of folks - Those with plenty of money and without plenty.

When you learn it, you switch sides and start playing for the money team, it's that simple. You don't need a CPA or a finance class. Sounds impossible, yet I assure you it's quite possible.  Want to learn the difference? I'm running a rare offering of The Game. Get in on it fast if you want to play.  It's great way to break the Corona-monotony.  Of course, like all my offerings this little golden nugget ain't for everybody. Find out if it's for you...
